PAPYRUS Prevention of young suicide | 0800 068 41 41

Supports teenagers and young adults who are feeling suicidal. A professionally staffed telephone service providing support, practical advice and information to young people and anyone concerned that a young person may be at risk of harming themselves

CALM Campaign against living miserably | 0800 58 58 58

Offers help, information and support via a helpline and website to young men aged 15-35 who are feeling down. Calls from a landline are free and won’t show up on phone bills. It’s confidential and anonymous. Staff will help callers work through problems and start to sort things out.
